Pregnancy Support

Physical and emotional nourishment on your pregnancy journey

One-on-one pregnancy support services are an opportunity to connect with your changing body with support tailored to your individual needs. Natalie offers knowledgable and experienced advice and, like a trusted friend, gentle reassurance as you embark on the developments that come with each trimester.

Pregnancy Support Services are available in one-month and three-month packages. Each month includes a one-hour meeting, access to email/text support from Natalie throughout the month, and emailed tips customized for you and your pregnancy.

Meetings can take place virtually or at the location of your choice (outside or indoors with masks). Each meeting begins and ends with body awareness and breathing exercises. During the meeting, you and Natalie will discuss how your pregnancy has been progressing and explore any questions that have come up for you. Natalie will explore nourishment in the form of food and stress reduction, as well as other activities you can do to support your pregnancy. See below for specific topics covered for each trimester.

With one-on-on pregnancy support, Natalie is available to you throughout the month as a resource to answer questions or explore concerns about your pregnancy as they arise. Emails and texts are answered Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You will also receive a monthly email tailored to you and the stage of your pregnancy that includes insights, helpful tips, and recipes.
