Movement education to connect and trust your body

Natalie has always had a deep curiosity about biology, from how plants grow to the workings of the human body. This interest led her to become a childbirth educator nearly 25 years ago and fueled her lifelong passion for the natural world and explorations in foraging. Nearly a decade ago, Natalie also began to explore natural and functional movement and educate others in what she learned. Her study has led to several certifications, including with biomechanist Katy Bowman, Functional Movement Systems, and Exuberant Animal trainings with Frank Forencich.

As a teacher, Natalie’s movement classes focus on strength, mobility, and joyful movement. She encourages students to connect to their body, enjoy moving, learn tools to help deal with aches and pains, and to work to develop strength and mobility. Natalie is a weight neutral instructor who understands and celebrates the diversity of human bodies and gender expressions. All classes and movements are tailored to meet people where they are.

Natalie offers movement training in private sessions, family movement classes, Hello Pelvic Floor! workshops, pregnancy support sessions, and in her Comfort Measures for Perimenopause classes.

Visit the calendar for upcoming events or contact Natalie for information on private class options.
